![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We wanted the game’s setting to be familiar enough for you to jump right in without a lot of table setting, but keep the flexibility to create unique abilities for our cast and daunting enemies for them to fight. Our vision for The Lamplighters League was always to make a tactical game that featured an ensemble cast of charming rogues, desperate odds, and a larger than life adventure. My name is Chris Rogers-I’m the game’s Director and in this first dev diary I wanted to share the inspiration behind the game. I can't explain why people with newer computers and more advanced graphics cards would be getting worse performance, lower framerates, and higher temperatures than I am getting.Hi everyone, Welcome to the first Dev Diary for The Lamplighters League and the Tower at the End of the World. The game would be better if those things didn't happen, of course, but I am still able to enjoy the game just fine around them. ![]() There are some occasional stutters or FPS dips, and vary rarely there is a longer pause, but nothing that ruins the game. I have FPS locked at 60, and frankly I don't see much point to turning it higher (this isn't a multiplayer first-person shooter), but ymmv. Now the GPU is running in the low 80's, which is fine. I turned the settings down to a custom mix of medium and high, turning off some bells I didn't feel I needed (Bloom and Motion Blur). I started out with the default settings the game gave me (high), and my card was getting into the high 80's C, which is hotter than I'd like. Really not happy with the performance considering how the game looks.I have a GTX 1080 Ti the rest of my computer is more than 10 years old. After I turned on DLSS and set to performance I get 24 to 40 FPS and it runs HOT. Originally posted by exohuman:I have an Inspiron 16 Plus with a GeForce RTX 3060. ![]()
